Bought the Libra model a year ago. I am a huttub owner for 20 years but this one I love the most. My first impression was the comfort. We had lying and seating tubs before but our family prefer just the seating ones. It is very spacious and comfortable for everyone. My neck pain went away thank to the waterfall.
We use the WIS smart analyzer which make the maintenance easier than ever.
We are so happy to have this hottub. We ordered it online and everything went well. Ben was so helpful, and arrived it very fast. I had some issues with the coupon to apply but after the 3rd try it went through. The tub itself works very well so far, love the jets position and the power of massage.
I bought this model in January and we received at the end of February. The delivery was not as good as I expected but worth to wait. The hot tub itself is great, very spacious for 4-5 people. There is many massage variety in the seats which we like the most, because my wife prefer the smooth massage. I added to my order a cover lifter which is a big help to remove and put back the cover. The best tub we can choose.
Love this spa. I bought it last year and so far the best investment. My favourite part is the foot massage system, I feel like I have a foot reflexology. Jets are strong enough and the waterfall is also a pleasant feature of the hot tub. Last but not least, I was very happy with the delivery service.
